How To Make Dad’s Cheesy Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 slices bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Shape the meat mixture into a loaf shape and place it on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.

Wrap the bacon slices around the meatloaf, tucking the ends underneath.

Bake the meatloaf in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.

Remove the meatloaf from the oven and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top.

Return the meatloaf to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Let the meatloaf cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
