- 1cupswhole milk
- 1cupsbread crumbs
- 1large eggs
- ½yellow onion,minced
- ½tspkosher salt
- ¼tspthyme
- ½tspground black pepper,coarse
- 1½lbsground beef,85/15
- ¼cupketchup
- 1tbspWorcestershire sauce
- 1tspyellow mustard
