  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Mix well.

  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract to the mixing bowl. Mix until well combined.

  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.

  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients mixture, mixing until just combined.

  6. Stir in white chocolate chips, macadamia nuts, and dried cranberries.

  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  8. Bake for 10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

  9. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
