
How To Make RICE KRISPIES® Peanut Butter Bars
These delicious peanut butter bars are treats straight from heaven! They’re made with Rice Krispies, peanut butter, and milk, drizzled with melted chocolate!

Ingredients
- 1cuppeanut butter,reduced-fat
- 3tbspbutter,or margarine, softened
- 1cupsugar,powdered
- 3tbspmilk,fat-free
- 3cupsKellogg’s® Rice Krispies® cereal,or Kellogg’s® Cocoa Krispies™ cereal
- ¼cupchocolate morsels,semi-sweet, melted
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl beat peanut butter and butter on medium speed until combined.

Add the powdered sugar and milk. Beat until fluffy.

Stir in the Kellogg’s® Rice Krispies® cereal, mixing until thoroughly combined.

Press the mixture evenly into 8x8x2-inch pan coated with cooking spray.

Refrigerate until firm.

Drizzle chocolate over cereal mixture.

Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until the chocolate is set, and the cereal mixture is firm.

Cut into bars.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
