How To Make Swiss Orange Chocolate Truffles
Treat your taste buds to these delightfully zesty orange chocolate truffles made of cocoa, chocolate chips, and orange concentrate for chilled sweets.

Ingredients
- 1pkgdark chocolate chips,such as Nestlé® Chocolatier
- ¾cupwhipping cream
- 3tbsporange juice concentrate,such as Minute Maid®
- 2tsporange zest,grated, optional
- 2tsppure orange extract,such as McCormick®
- 3tbspunsweetened cocoa powder,such as Hershey’s®
Instructions

Place the chocolate chips in a medium bowl, then set aside.

In a small saucepan, combine whipping cream and orange juice concentrate, then cook over medium heat just until boiling.

Pour the cream mixture over chocolate chips, then use a rubber spatula to stir until smooth. Stir in the optional orange zest and orange extract.

Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 2 hours.

Pour the cocoa powder into a pie plate. Scoop 1 tablespoon of the chocolate mixture, then using slightly wet hands, form into a ball. Roll the ball in cocoa powder to coat the entire ball and place on an ungreased baking sheet.

Repeat to make 22 truffles, rinsing hands when the mixture becomes too sticky to roll.

Chill until ready to serve. Sprinkle with grated optional orange zest.
