How To Make Chocolate Chimichangas
These chocolate chimichangas are a Mexican treat made with chocolate-filled tortillas deep fried, then topped with cinnamon sugar.

Ingredients
- ¼cupconfectioner’s sugar
- 1tbspground cinnamon
- 5flour tortillas,(10 inch)
- 12ozmilk chocolate chips
- 2cupsvegetable oil,for frying
Instructions

Mix the confectioners’ sugar and cinnamon together on a large, flat plate.

Place the tortillas on a flat work surface. Place ¼ cup of chocolate chips on the closest edge. Fold in the opposing edges and roll the tortilla up tightly like a burrito.

Heat the oil in a deep saucepan over medium-high heat. Fry rolled tortillas in hot oil in batches, partially covered, using tongs to rotate them for 2 to 3 minutes until they are golden brown on all sides.

Roll in sugar mixture until coated on all sides.
