Ingredients

  • 7Keebler® Grahams Original crackers
  • cupsmini marshmallows
  • 1pkgsemi-sweet chocolate morsels
  • light corn syrup
  • 3tbspbutter,or margarine
  • ½cupcrunchy peanut butter
  • 3cupsReady-To-Eat Cereal Kellogg’s® Rice Krispies®

Instructions

Microwave:

  1. Coat 13x9x2-inch microwave-safe dish with cooking spray.

  2. Arrange the Keebler® Grahams Original crackers in a single layer in the dish, breaking crackers as needed to fit. Sprinkle marshmallows evenly over crackers.

  3. Microwave on High for 1 minute or until marshmallows are puffy. Remove from microwave. Cool completely.

  4. In an 8×3.8-inch microwave-safe mixing bowl, combine the chocolate morsels, corn syrup, and butter. Microwave on High for about 1½ minutes or until chocolate is melted, stirring every 30 seconds.

  5. Stir in the peanut butter. Add Kellogg’s® Rice Krispies® cereal, mixing until combined.

  6. Spread evenly over marshmallows. Cover and refrigerate for about 1 hour or until firm. Cut and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

  7. Serve and enjoy.

Conventional Oven:

  1. Coat a 13x9x2-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Arrange the Keebler® Grahams Original crackers in a single layer in the dish, breaking crackers as needed to fit. Sprinkle marshmallows evenly over crackers.

  2. Bake at 375 degrees F for about 7 minutes or until marshmallows are puffy. Cool completely.

  3. In a medium saucepan, combine chocolate morsels, corn syrup, and butter. Cook stirring constantly, over medium-low heat until melted.

  4. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter. Add Kellogg’s® Rice Krispies® cereal, mixing until combined.

  5. Spread evenly over marshmallows. Cover and refrigerate for about 1 hour or until firm. Cut and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

  6. Serve and enjoy.
