Peanut Butter Rice Krispy Treats Recipe

Everybody loves Rice Krispy treats so why not make them even more lovable by adding creamy peanut butter to them.

 

Rice krispy adds that crunchy texture that makes a soft pop on any dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 6 cups Rice Krispies
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips

Instructions

  1. Heat syrup and sugar until boiling.
  2. Remove from heat and add peanut butter.
  3. Next, mix in Rice Krispies and press into buttered 9x13 pan.
  4. In double boiler melt the 2 kinds of chips.
  5. Frost treats with the melted chips and cool.
