How To Make Peanut Butter Oreo Bars
These Oreo bars is a rich and creamy no-bake dessert with an Oreo cookie crust, a rich and slightly salty peanut butter layer, and a dark chocolate topping.

Ingredients
For Oreo Layer:
- 2tbspunsalted butter,melted
- 14oreos
For Peanut Layer::
- ½cupunsalted butter,melted
- 1cupgraham cracker crumbs
- 1cuppowdered sugar
- ½cuppeanut butter
For Chocolate Layer:
- 1½cupssemisweet chocolate chips
- 4tbsppeanut butter
Instructions

Add Oreos to a food processor and process until fine crumbs are formed.

Mix butter and Oreos and press into 8×8-inch baking pan evenly and freeze for 10 minutes.

In a stand mixer add the butter, graham cracker crumbs and peanut butter and mix for about 1 minute, until creamy.

Add in the powdered sugar on the lowest speed setting for about 2 minutes until well combined and fluffy.

Gently spread the peanut butter filling into the baking dish evenly and return to the freezer.

In a medium saucepan on medium heat add the peanut butter and chocolate chips.

Stir constantly until smooth then pour over the peanut butter layer and tilt to spread.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing.
