The classic combination of peanut butter and chocolate is highlighted in these peanut butter balls, an easy, no-bake recipe that is absolutely delicious.

  • cupscreamy peanut butter
  • 1cupbutter
  • 6cupspowdered sugar
  • 1tspvanilla
  • 4cupssemisweet chocolate chips


  1. Start by adding peanut butter, butter, vanilla and powdered sugar to a large bowl and mix until dough forms. Roll into 1 inch balls and put onto a waxed paper lined cookie sheet.

  2. Freeze until firm for 20 to 30 minutes.

  3. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Press a toothpick into the top of each ball and dip into the chocolate.

  4. Drizzle the tops with melted chocolate and sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
