How To Make Fudgy Keto Brownies

Fans of sweet and salty desserts will love these keto brownies made with almond flour. They have a crisp and soft outer layer hiding a rich & fudgy center.

  • ½cupbutter,(plus 2 tbsp), melted
  • cupcoconut sugar
  • 3large eggs
  • 1tspvanilla extract
  • ½cupalmond flour
  • ¼cupcocoa powder
  • ½tspbaking powder
  • ¼tspsalt
  • ½cupchocolate chunks

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.

  2. In a large bowl whisk together the melted butter, sugar and eggs and mix until incorporated. Add in the vanilla, almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt and stir.

  3. Fold in the chocolate chunks and spread evenly into the bottom of the pan. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, checking them after 15 minutes.
