
How To Make Easy Saltine Toffee
Treat yourself to this crunchy, salty, sweet, and tasty saltine toffee! It’s made with chocolate chips, Saltine crackers, and more for a delicious snack.

Ingredients
- 40salted saltine crackers,1 sleeve
- 1cupunsalted butter
- 1cupdark brown sugar,or light brown sugar, packed
- 6tbspcreamy peanut butter
- 2½cupschocolate chips,semi-sweet, milk, or white chocolate
- 1cupM&Ms
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Generously spray a half-sheet pan with cooking spray or line with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper.

Arrange the crackers on the pan. Set aside.

Stirring lightly, bring the butter and brown sugar to a boil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

As it begins to boil, leave it alone without stirring for 3 minutes.

Pour the boiling mixture evenly over the crackers, then bake for 5 minutes.

Melt the peanut butter in the microwave.

Remove the toffee from the oven, then pour the peanut butter over the top. Smooth it into an even layer.

Immediately sprinkle chocolate chips on top, then return the pan to the oven for 1 minute to melt the chocolate chips.

Remove from the oven, then spread the chocolate chips into one melted layer. Top with M&Ms.

Refrigerate the toffee for 2 hours.

Once set, break the toffee into pieces.
