Easy Chocolate Ganache Recipe

I use this on top of brownies and bundt cakes. It sets up nicely giving it a fudge-like texture. Try this! You will come up with many ways to use it.


How To Make Easy Chocolate Ganache

Make your brownies and cakes extra special with this easy to follow chocolate ganache recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 can frosting
  • 2 oz baking chocolate
  • brownies

Instructions

  1. Heat frosting in a small saucepan over low heat.

  2. Add chocolate and heat until melted, stirring frequently.

  3. The sauce will be fairly thin.

  4. Pour over brownies while they are still in the pan, or pour over bundt cake letting it drip down the sides.

  5. Cool completely. You can also use white frosting and white chocolate.

  6. I have made this and mixed in some nuts, chilled it, and cut it up like fudge.

  7. I put in an extra oz of chocolate to make the fudge.
