  • ozpistachios,shelled, coarsely chopped
  • ozdried cranberries,coarsely chopped
  • 7ozdark chocolate bar,calculations based on Hershey’s Special Dark


  1. Place chocolate in a microwave-safe measuring cup. Microwave at High for 1 minute or until chocolate melts, stirring every 15 seconds.

  2. Add melted chocolate to nut mixture, stirring until just combined.

  3. Spread mixture evenly on a jelly-roll pan lined with foil; freeze for 1 hour.

  4. Break into pieces.

  5. The bark should be kept in an airtight container in the fridge or a cool room. It will keep for up to 3 weeks.
