  • 1cupheavy cream
  • 12ozsemisweet chocolate,coarsely chopped
  • ¼tspvanilla extract

  1. Heat the heavy cream in a pan over medium heat until hot with bubbles around the sides of the pan. Do not boil.

  2. Add the chocolate to the pan, then turn off the heat. Whisk until completely smooth.
