How To Make Veggie Tray

This veggie tray recipe is a colorful and healthy appetizer that you can serve with your choice of dips. The best part is you don’t need to do any cooking.

Ingredients

  • 1cupcarrots,peeled
  • 1cupcelery stalks
  • 1cupcucumbers,sliced
  • 1cupcherry tomatoes
  • ½cupradishes
  • 1cupasparagus stalks,blanched
  • 1cupgreen beans,blanched
  • 3cupsassorted dips,(such as ranch or hummus)
  • fresh herbs,for garnish

Instructions

  1. Arrange the vegetables on a large platter.

  2. Place the dips into bowls, then add the bowls to the platter.

  3. Garnish with fresh herbs. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 4 hours.
