  • 1cupcarrots,peeled
  • 1cupcelery stalks
  • 1cupcucumbers,sliced
  • 1cupcherry tomatoes
  • ½cupradishes
  • 1cupasparagus stalks,blanched
  • 1cupgreen beans,blanched
  • 3cupsranch,or hummus, or other assorted dips
  • fresh herbs,for garnish


  1. Arrange the carrots, celery, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, radishes, asparagus, and green beans on a large platter.

  2. Place the dips into bowls, then add the bowls to the platter.

  3. Garnish with fresh herbs, then serve and enjoy!
