
How To Make Sesame Seed Crackers

Ingredients
- ÂĽcupcorn oil,plus more for greasing
- 1cupwhole wheat flour
- ½cupall purpose flour,unbleached
- ÂĽcupsoy flour
- ÂĽcupsesame seeds
- 1tspsalt
- 1cupwater,cold, or more if needed
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly oil a large rimless baking sheet.

Place the flours, sesame seeds, and salt into a large bowl and mix well. Make a well in the center and pour the oil and water into the well.

Stir with a fork until blended, adding more water if necessary to make a smooth but not sticky dough that forms a firm ball.

Place the dough in the center of the baking sheet and roll it out to a ⅛-inch rectangle. Score the dough into 1½ to 2-inch squares with a knife, but do not cut completely through the dough.

Bake for about 20 minutes until crisp and golden. Watch the crackers carefully as the seeds easily scorch.
