How To Make Pepperoni Pizza Egg Rolls

Pizza egg rolls combine two classic finger foods into one yummy snack. Crispy egg rolls are filled with a rich & melty combo that has cheese and pepperoni.

  • 1cupmozzarella cheese,shredded
  • 8ozpepperoni,chopped
  • ¼cupmarinara sauce
  • ¼tspcrushed red pepper
  • 1tspItalian seasoning
  • ¼cupwater
  • 24egg roll wrappers
  • vegetable oil,for frying


  1. Mix together the mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, marinara sauce, crushed red pepper and Italian seasoning in a medium-sized bowl.

  2. Put about 2 tablespoons of filling into the middle of each egg roll wrapper, then brush the edges of the egg roll with water, fold in the sides and roll closed.

  3. Add 3 inches of vegetable oil to a dutch oven and heat to 375 degrees F with a thermometer.

  4. Fry the egg rolls for 1 to 2 minutes or until golden brown.
