- ½tspcanola oil
- ¼cupred bell pepper,minced
- ¼cuponions,minced
- 1garlic clove,minced
- 6½ozlump crab meat
- ¼tspkosher salt
- ⅛tspblack pepper
- 15mini phyllo shells
- ½medium haas avocado,2 oz, diced small

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Heat the oil in a sauté pan over medium heat.

Sauté the onion, bell pepper, and garlic until soft. Add the crab meat, salt, and pepper, then cook for about 30 to 60 minutes, until the crab has been heated through.

Add about 1 heaping tablespoon of the crab filling to each phyllo shell.

Arrange the stuffed shells on a baking tray, then bake for 10 minutes.

Top each stuffed shell with avocado, serve, and enjoy!
