How To Make Chipotle Chicken Cups
Try out a delicious serving of these chicken cups for your next dinner party! They’re loaded tasty cheese, savory salsa, and more a savory treat.
- 24wonton wrappers
- 1cupcheddar-Jack cheese,shredded, or other favorite cheese
- 1cupchicken,cooked, shredded or small-diced
- ½cupred bell peppers,roasted, diced
- ½tspchipotle powder
- ½cupgreen onions,chopped
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Fit one wonton wrapper into each of 24 mini muffin cups coated with cooking spray, pressing the wrappers carefully but firmly into sides of cups.
Bake for 7 minutes or until lightly browned. Keep the wontons in the muffin cups.
Combine the chicken, bell peppers, salsa, chipotle powder, and green onions in a medium-sized bowl.
Add a pinch or ½ tablespoon of cheese into each wonton cup, followed by about 1 tablespoon of the chicken mixture.
Top each wonton with another pinch of cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 6 minutes or until the cheese melts. Remove from muffin cups.
Serve warm, and enjoy!
