Ingredients

  • 4 bananas
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • Mini chocolate chips for eyes
  • Popsicle sticks

Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and cut them in half.

  2. Insert a popsicle stick into each banana half and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  3. Freeze the bananas for 1 hour.

  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals until smooth and melted.

  5. Remove the frozen banana halves from the freezer and dip each one into the melted white chocolate, coating them completely.

  6. Place the chocolate-covered banana halves back on the baking sheet.

  7. Quickly press two mini chocolate chips onto each banana half to create eyes.

  8. Return the bananas to the freezer for at least 2 hours, or until firm.

  9. Serve the frozen banana ghosts and enjoy!
