  • 1 box of chocolate cake mix
  • 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup of frosting (any flavor)
  • 1 package of candy melts (orange, green, and black)
  • Assorted Halloween sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Prepare and bake the chocolate cake according to the instructions on the box.

  2. Allow the cake to cool completely, then crumble it into a large bowl.

  3. Add the vegetable oil, water, and eggs to the bowl and mix until well combined.

  4. Roll the cake mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with wax paper.

  5. Freeze the cake balls for 30 minutes to firm them up.

  6. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the candy melts according to the instructions on the package.

  7. Dip the end of a lollipop stick into the melted candy, then insert it into a cake ball.

  8. Dip the cake ball into the melted candy, making sure it is fully covered.

  9. Add Halloween sprinkles while the candy coating is still wet.

  10. Place the cake pop back onto the baking sheet and repeat with the remaining cake balls.

  11. Allow the candy coating to harden completely before serving.
