- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/4 cup finely grated carrots
- 1/4 cup finely grated zucchini
- 1/4 cup finely chopped spinach
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Dash of black pepper
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, grated carrots, grated zucchini, chopped spinach, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
