Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, milk, egg, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Shape the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a greased baking sheet.
