
How To Make Saucy Asian Meatballs
Create these fantastic meatballs with a distinctly Asian flavor from the ginger and sesame oil. Roll these Asian meatballs into breadcrumbs for texture.

Ingredients
For Meatballs:
- 2lbsground pork,or ground beef
- 2tspsesame oil
- 1cupPanko,or breadcrumbs
- ½tspground ginger
- 2eggs
- 3tspgarlic,minced
- ½cupgreen onions,thinly-sliced
- sesame seeds,toasted, optional garnish
- scallions,sliced, optional garnish
For Hoisin Sauce:
- ⅔cuphoisin sauce
- ¼cuprice vinegar
- 2clovesgarlic,minced
- 2tbspsoy sauce
- 1tspsesame oil
- 1tspground ginger
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

In a large bowl, mix together meatball ingredients until well-combined. Shape into balls and place on a greased baking sheet or in a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until meatballs are golden on the outside and no longer pink on the inside.

While the meatballs are baking, whisk together all of the sauce ingredients until blended. Once meatballs have finished cooking, you can either dip each meatball individually in the sauce mixture.

Serve warm, and sprinkle with additional garnish if desired.
