  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil


  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground pork, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if desired). Mix well to evenly distribute the spices.

  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.

  3. Divide the pork mixture into 8 equal portions and shape them into patties.

  4. Place the patties in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are browned and cooked through.

  5. Remove the sausages from the skillet and serve hot.
