- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 cup marinara sauce
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, milk, parsley, onion, garlic, egg, salt, black pepper, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined.

Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1-2 inches in diameter.

Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.

In a large skillet, heat the marinara sauce over medium heat.
