- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup gluten-free bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup gluten-free marinara sauce
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, onion, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix well.

Add the milk to the mixture and gently combine until everything is evenly incorporated.

Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the meatballs, in batches if necessary, and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.

Transfer the browned meatballs to a baking dish and drizzle with the marinara sauce.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through.

Serve hot with additional marinara sauce if desired.
