Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup onion, finely minced
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 egg
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium heat.

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, minced onion, parsley, BBQ sauce, egg, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Shape the meat mixture into small meatballs, approximately 1 inch in diameter.

Place the meatballs onto the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are browned and cooked through.

Brush the BBQ sauce over the meatballs and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the sauce is caramelized and sticky.
