How To Make Baked Chicken Meatballs
Made with ground chicken, garlic, spices, and herbs, these chicken meatballs are delicious as they are packed with flavor and baked to golden perfection!

Ingredients
- 2lbslean ground chicken,96%
- 1egg
- 1cuppanko breadcrumbs
- ½cupparmesan cheese,grated
- 2tbspolive oil
- 1tspgarlic,minced
- 1tspsalt
- ½tsppepper
- 1tspItalian seasoning,dried
- cooking spray
- 1tbspparsley,chopped
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a sheet pan with foil, and coat the foil with cooking spray.

Place the ground chicken, eggs, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning in a bowl.

Mix until thoroughly combined.

Roll 1-inch sized meatballs, and place the meatballs in a single layer on the baking pan.

Bake for 20 minutes, or until the meatballs are browned and cooked through.
