How To Make White Chocolate Pumpkin Pudding Cookies
Soft and moist, these pudding cookies feature the irresistible combination of pumpkin spice and sweet white chocolate chips.

Ingredients
- 1cupunsalted butter,softened
- ¾cupbrown sugar
- ¼cupgranulated sugar
- 3⅖ozpumpkin spice instant pudding mix,(1 package)
- 2large eggs
- 1tspvanilla extract
- 2½cupsflour
- 1tspbaking soda
- ½tspsalt
- 2cupswhite chocolate chips

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and prepare baking sheets by lining with parchment paper.

In a large bowl mix together flour, baking soda, salt, and pumpkin spice pudding mix. Set aside.

In a mixer, cream together butter, sugar and brown sugar. Add eggs and vanilla and mix together. Add bowl of dry ingredients. Mix together and lastly add the white chocolate chips.

Scoop out cookie dough and roll into balls. Place two inches apart on baking sheet.

Bake for about 10 minutes or until slightly golden. Let cool and enjoy!
