  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and lightly grease the ceramic mold.

  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.

  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a soft dough forms.

  6. Press the dough into the ceramic mold, making sure to fill all the nooks and crannies.

  7. Place the mold on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown around the edges.

  8. Allow the cookies to cool in the mold for a few minutes before carefully removing them.

  9. Transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely before serving.
