How To Make White Chocolate Oatmeal Lace Cookies
These delicate oatmeal lace cookies are dipped in rich white chocolate for a sweeter treat! Serve up a delicious batch of these at your next bake sale.

Ingredients
- ½cupall-purpose flour,sifted
- ½cupgranulated sugar
- ½tspcinnamon
- ¼tspbaking powder
- pinchsalt
- ½cupold-fashioned oat
- ¼cupunsalted butter,melted
- 2tbsp1% milk
- 2tbsphoney
- 1tspvanilla extract
- 5ozwhite chocolate,melted
- ¼cupcolored sprinkles
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line two baking sheets with Silpats, then set aside.

In a medium bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, and oats. Set aside.

In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the melted butter, milk, honey, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.

Slowly add in the dry ingredients, then mix to combine.

Drop 1 level teaspoon of batter onto the prepared baking sheets, leaving space in between, placing only 12 cookies on each sheet.

Bake for 7 to 9 minutes.

Remove from oven, then let cookies cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes. Carefully transfer cookies to a wire rack and cool completely.

Melt the chocolate in a microwave safe mug for 30 seconds, stir, then repeat another 30 seconds at a time until the chocolate is melted.

Dip ⅓ of the cookie into the melted chocolate, then into the sprinkles. Place on a tray lined with wax paper to harden.
