White Chocolate Macadamia Pudding Cookies Recipe

How To Make White Chocolate Macadamia Pudding Cookies

You can never go wrong with these chewy and soft pudding cookies, made with white chocolate, instant pudding mix, and crunchy nuts, for baked sweets.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1cupunsalted butter,softened
  • ¾cupbrown sugar
  • ¼cupgranulated sugar
  • 3⅖ozwhite chocolate instant pudding mix,(1 package), or vanilla
  • 2large eggs
  • 1tspvanilla extract
  • cupsflour
  • 1tspbaking soda
  • ½tspsalt
  • 2cupswhite chocolate chips
  • 1cupmacadamia nuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and prepare baking sheets by lining with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, salt, and white chocolate pudding mix. Set aside.

  3. In the mixer, cream together the butter, sugar, and brown sugar. Add the eggs and mix together.

  4. Add the dry ingredients. Mix together and lastly add the white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts.

  5. Scoop out cookie dough and roll it into balls. Place 2-inches apart on a baking sheet.

  6. Bake for about 10 minutes or until slightly golden.

  7. Let cool and enjoy!
