These watergate cookies are filled with the delightful crunch of pecans, pistachios, and shredded coconut. Bake a batch in 15 minutes!

  • 1boxyellow cake mix
  • 1boxpistachio pudding,4 serving size
  • ½cupcoconut,shredded
  • ½cuppecans,or walnuts, chopped
  • 3tbsplemon-lime soda
  • 2eggs
  • ½cupvegetable oil


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Mix the cake mix, pistachio pudding, coconut, pecans, soda, eggs, and vegetable oil in a bowl until combined.

  3. Drop the cookie dough onto a parchment-lined pan.

  4. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or just until edges are browned.

  5. Serve warm, and enjoy!
