These deliciously satisfying vegan chocolate fudge cookies will blow you away, as they’re also made with banana to yield soft, chewy chocolate treats!

  • 1cupwhole wheat flour
  • ¼tspbaking soda
  • tspsalt
  • cupwhite sugar
  • 7tbspunsweetened cocoa powder
  • cupbrown sugar
  • cupbanana,mashed
  • 5tbspcoconut oil


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt together in a bowl. Combine white sugar, cocoa powder, brown sugar, mashed banana, and coconut together in a saucepan over low heat.

  3. Cook and stir for about 5 minutes until blended and smooth. Add the flour mixture, then stir until a smooth dough forms.

  4. Drop spoonfuls of dough 2-inches apart onto baking sheets.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 8 minutes until edges are golden.

  6. Serve and enjoy.
