These deliciously satisfying vegan chocolate fudge cookies will blow you away, as they’re also made with banana to yield soft, chewy chocolate treats!

- 1cupwhole wheat flour
- ¼tspbaking soda
- â…›tspsalt
- â…”cupwhite sugar
- 7tbspunsweetened cocoa powder
- â…“cupbrown sugar
- â…“cupbanana,mashed
- 5tbspcoconut oil
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt together in a bowl. Combine white sugar, cocoa powder, brown sugar, mashed banana, and coconut together in a saucepan over low heat.

Cook and stir for about 5 minutes until blended and smooth. Add the flour mixture, then stir until a smooth dough forms.

Drop spoonfuls of dough 2-inches apart onto baking sheets.
