How To Make Two-Chocolate Chip Cookies

- 1cupbutter flavored shortening
- ¾cupwhite sugar
- ¾cupbrown sugar,packed
- 1tspvanilla extract
- 2eggs
- 2¼cupsall purpose flour
- 1tspbaking soda
- ¼tspsalt
- 1cupsemisweet chocolate chips
- 1cupwhite chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

In a medium bowl, cream the shortening, white sugar, and brown sugar together with a wooden spoon. Add the eggs and vanilla, then mix well.

Sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt, stir into the creamed mixture. Stir in the semi-sweet chips and the white chips, if the batter is too stiff, then use hands to stir.

Drop the cookies by heaping spoonfuls onto unprepared cookie sheets.

Bake for 7 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven.
