How To Make Strawberry Sundae Crunch Bar Cookies

- 15.25ozstrawberry cake mix,(1 package)
- ½cupbutter,softened
- 8ozcream cheese,(2 packages), softened
- 16ozcream cheese frosting,(1 container)
- 3large eggs
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Lightly spray the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.

Beat the cake mix and butter together in a large bowl with an electric mixer on low speed until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup of crumble mixture, then press the rest into the bottom of the prepared pan.

Beat the cream cheese and frosting together in the same bowl until smooth. Beat in the eggs until well blended.

Pour over the crust and spread evenly. Sprinkle the reserved crumble mixture evenly on top.

Bake in the oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until set and golden. Let cool completely for about 30 minutes.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until chilled.
