How To Make Strawberry Cake Mix Cookies
These extremely delicious strawberry cake mix cookies serve adorable pink treats that are made with just 3-ingredients for a quick and easy dessert.

- ½cupvegetable oil
- 2large eggs
- 15ozstrawberry cake mix,(1 box)
Optional Mix Ins:
- 1cupm&ms
- 1cupwhite chocolate chips
- 1cupwhite chocolate,melted
- sprinkles
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set IT aside. In a medium-sized bowl combine the oil and the eggs. Stir in the cake mix. Fold in optional mix-ins, if using.

Using a small cookie scoop drop the cookies on the sheet spacing 2-inches apart. Bake for 7 to 10 minutes or until set. Remove from the oven and let cool on a rack.

If using the melted white chocolate, dip each half of the cookie and top with sprinkles.
