
How To Make Soft Crumb Oatmeal Raisinet Cookies
Indulge yourself on these oatmeal raisinet cookies that has a soft crumb with a slightly crispy edge. They are thick and puffy and outrageously yummy.

Ingredients
- ½cupunsalted butter,(1 stick) softened to room temperature
- ½cupgranulated sugar
- ½cuppacked dark brown sugar
- 1largeegg
- 2tsppure vanilla extract
- 1¼cupsall-purpose flour,spoon & leveled
- ¾cupsold-fashioned rolled oats
- ¼tspsalt
- ½tspbaking powder
- 1½tspground cinnamon
- 1½cupsRaisinets
Instructions

Cream the butter and sugars together on medium speed.

Add the egg and vanilla, mixing well until combined.

On slow speed, mix in the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.

Manually stir in oats until the dough comes together.

Fold in Raisinet.

Roll into balls and freeze the balls for about 5 minutes, to get them chilly quickly.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Bake oatmeal Raisinet dough for 9 to 10 minutes.

Remove from oven and let cool for 3 minutes on the baking sheet.

Transfer to a cookie rack.

Cookies will be very soft and may not appear to be done, but they will set up in minutes.
