How To Make S’mores Bites – Two Ways
You only need 3 ingredients to make these easy to make and delightful baked smores bites assembled with graham crackers, marshmallows, and chocolate!
Serves:
Ingredients
- 6graham cracker sheets,or 12 Saltine or Ritz Crackers
- 6large marshmallows
- 12Hershey’s Kisses,unwrapped, or Rolos
Instructions
-
Break the graham cracker sheets in half, then cut each half into a circle using a 2 ¼-inch circle fondant cutter or metal cookie cutter (if using Saltine or Ritz Crackers, no cutting needed).
-
Using clean scissors, cut each marshmallow into 2 halves.
-
Heat the oven to low broil and place the oven rack two levels below the broiler.
-
Align graham crackers in the center of a cookie sheet about ½-inch apart from each other (have it all to be near the center so it’s all directly under the broiler and will cook more evenly at the same time).
-
Top each graham cracker with a marshmallow with the cut or sticky side down. Place marshmallow-topped graham crackers under the broiler (turn oven light on if there’s one).
-
Watch it closely as it will toast quickly. Allow to toast until golden, rotating the pan with an oven mitt as needed.
-
Once golden, immediately remove from the oven, place 1 Hershey’s kiss or Rolo in the center of each toasted marshmallow and gently press down.
-
For best results, serve warm, just like a real s’more.
Recipe Notes
- To make sure that the s’mores won’t burn, leave the oven door open the entire time to watch it toast and rotate.
- This recipe can be easily doubled, but don’t toast more than 12 at a time for a more even toasting.
