How To Make Simple Cranberry Cookies
Enjoy delightfully tart treats with these chewy cranberry cookies that combine vanilla pudding mix, white chocolate chips, and dried cranberries.

Ingredients
- 2¼cupsall purpose flour
- 1tspbaking soda
- 1cupbutter
- ¼cupwhite sugar
- ¾cupbrown sugar
- 3½ozinstant vanilla pudding mix,(1 package)
- 1tspvanilla extract
- 2eggs
- 6ozwhite chocolate chips,(1 package)
- 6ozdried cranberries,(½ package)
Instructions

Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease 2 baking sheets.

Combine flour and baking soda in a bowl.

Beat the butter, white sugar, brown sugar, and instant pudding with an electric mixer in a large bowl until smooth. Beat the first egg into the butter until completely blended, then beat in the vanilla with the last egg.

Mix in the flour mixture until just incorporated. Fold in the white chocolate chips and cranberries, mixing just enough to evenly combine.

Drop spoonfuls of the dough 2-inches apart onto prepared baking sheets.

Bake in the preheated oven for 9 to 12 minutes until the edges of the cookies become golden brown.

Cool in the baking sheet for 10 minutes before removing to cool completely on a wire rack.

Recipe Notes
Try with butterscotch pudding and chips, or chocolate pudding and peanut butter chips. Or use vanilla pudding and chocolate chips for a very yummy version of the classic.
