
How To Make Peanut Butter Monster Cookie
This monster cookie recipe yields a 6-inch sweet treat will blow your mind! It’s packed with peanut butter, oats, and M&Ms for a more delectable dessert.

Ingredients
- 2tbspunsalted butter,softened to room temperature
- 2tbspgranulated sugar
- 2tbsplight sugar,or dark brown, packed
- 2tbspbeaten egg
- ½tsppure vanilla extract
- 2tbspcreamy peanut butter
- 6tbspall purpose flour,spooned and leveled
- 2tbspold fashioned whole rolled oats,or quick oats
- ¼tspbaking soda
- ⅛tspsalt
- ⅓cupm&ms
- 2tbspsemi sweet chocolate chips,plus extra for garnish, optional
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

Using a handheld or stand mixer fitted with a paddle or whisk attachment, beat the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together in a large bowl on medium-high speed until combined and creamy.

Add the beaten egg, vanilla extract, and peanut butter then beat on medium-high speed until combined. Scrape down the sides and up the bottom of the bowl as needed.

Beat in the flour, oats, baking soda, and salt on low speed then beat in the M&Ms and chocolate chips until combined.

Shape into a mound in the center of the lined baking sheet.

Bake for 20 to 30 minutes until edges and top are lightly browned.

Cool the cookie on the baking sheet for 10 minutes. As it cools, press a few chocolate chips into the top, if desired, for garnish.
