How To Make Peanut Butter Cornflake Cookies

- 1cupgranulated sugar
- 1cuplight corn syrup
- 1cupcreamy peanut butter
- 1tspvanilla extract
- 6cupscorn flakes
Instructions

In a large saucepan, combine the sugar, corn syrup, and peanut butter.

Cook over medium high heat until the center starts to boil, making sure to stir constantly to prevent the sugar from burning.

As soon as the sugar mixture comes to a boil, remove it from the heat.

Stir in the vanilla extract and corn flakes, then mix until the corn flakes are evenly coated in sugar mixture.

Use an ice cream scoop to drop cookies onto the parchment or wax paper as quickly as possible before the mixture starts to cool and harden.
