How To Make Orange Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
- 3¾cupsall-purpose flour
- 2tspcornstarch
- 1tspbaking powder
- ½tspbaking soda
- 1tspsalt
- 1cupbutter,softened
- 1cupgranulated sugar
- 1cuplight brown sugar,packed
- 2largeeggs
- 1tspvanilla extract
- 1tsporange extract
- 1tbsporange zest
- 1cupmilk chocolate chips
- 1cupsemi sweet chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda and salt, set aside.

In the bowl of an electric mixer, whip together butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar for about 3 to 4 minutes until light and fluffy. Stir in eggs, 1 at a time, mixing after each addition.

Mix in vanilla extract, orange extract and orange zest. Slowly add in dry mixture and mix until well incorporated.

Gently stir in milk chocolate chips and semi-sweet chocolate chips.

Drop cookies by heaping tablespoonfuls onto a buttered cookie sheet and bake for 9 to 11 minutes. Allow to cool on cookie sheet several minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
