How To Make Nutella and Reese’s Skillet Cookie

Make this decadent skillet cookie loaded with Nutella, Reese’s cups and chocolate chips to curb your sweet cravings! Whip this up in just under two hours.

Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking: 55 minutes
Total: 1 hour 5 minutes

Serves:

Ingredients

  • ½cuplight butter,melted
  • ½cuppeanut butter,natural, full fat or reduced fat
  • ½cupbrown sugar
  • ½cupsugar,or natural sweetener of choice
  • 1tbspvanilla extract
  • 1egg
  • 1cupplain flour,or light spelt flour
  • ¼tspsalt,if peanut butter is unsalted
  • cupmilk chocolate chips,or dark
  • cupNutella,melted
  • 8mini Reese’s cups,quartered

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Line a 9-inch cast iron skillet or pie dish with baking paper. Set aside.

  3. In a large bowl, combine the butter, peanut butter, sugars and vanilla. Whisk well until creamy.

  4. Add the egg, then whisk again until combined.

  5. Add in the flour, salt and ¼ cup of the chocolate chips. Mix the batter until just combined.

  6. Spoon ⅔ of the batter into the pan.

  7. Pour the Nutella over the base layer, then top with remaining cookie dough batter.

  8. Sprinkle with the remaining chocolate chips and the Reese’s cups.

  9. Bake in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes.

  10. Cover with foil after 30 minutes, then bake for a further 10 minutes until set to liking.

  11. Serve with ice cream and extra Reese’s cups, and enjoy!
