Treat your tastebuds to these delightfully tasty treats that use unsweetened cocoa, peanut butter, and fat-free milk for no-bake peanut butter cookies.

Ingredients

  • cupsugar
  • ½cupunsweetened cocoa
  • 2tbsplight butter,such as Smart Balance
  • ½cupfat free milk
  • cupsquick oats
  • ¾cuplow fat peanut butter
  • 1tspvanilla
  • powdered sugar,or cocoa powder, optional

Instructions

  1. Combine the sugar, cocoa, butter, and milk and boil in a small saucepan for 2 minutes.

  2. Remove from heat and mix in oatmeal, peanut butter, and vanilla.

  3. Drop by tablespoons onto a wax paper or roll into balls with slightly moist hands and refrigerate overnight.

  4. The next day you can roll them in powdered sugar or cocoa powder if desired.

  5. Serve and enjoy.
