How To Make Molasses Crinkles Recipe

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1 egg
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar for rolling
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and 1 cup of sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the molasses and egg, and mix well.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves.
