M&M Cookies Recipe

How To Make M&M Cookies

If you love M&M’s, then you’re going to enjoy these chewy M&M cookies! It’s loaded with mini M&M candies and semi-sweet chocolate chips.

Refrigerate Time: 1 hour
Total: 1 hour 25 minutes

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1cupunsalted butter
  • 1cupbrown sugarpacked
  • ½cupwhite sugar
  • 2large eggs
  • 2tspvanilla extract
  • cupsflour
  • 1tspbaking soda
  • 1tspsalt
  • 1cupM&Ms
  • ½cupsemi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. To the stand mixer, add the butter, brown sugar and sugar.

  2. Beat until light and fluffy, then add in the eggs one at a time.

  3. Add in the vanilla, flour, baking soda and salt until just barely combined on low speed.

  4. Fold in the M&Ms and chocolate chips with a wooden spoon.

  5. Refrigerate the dough for 1 hour.

  6. For the cookie into 2 tablespoon-sized cookie dough balls.

  7. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 to 12 minutes.

  8. Serve, and enjoy!
