How To Make Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies
Whip up a batch of this minty cookies recipe! These green cookies are filled with tasty chocolate chips for a sweeter treat.

Ingredients
- 1cupunsalted buttersoftened
- 1½cupssugar
- 1tsppeppermint extract
- 14dropsgreen food coloring
- 2large eggs
- 2½cupsflour
- 2tspbaking powder
- 1tspbaking soda
- ¼tspsalt
- 6ozmilk chocolate chips
- 6ozAndes mint chocolateschopped
Instructions

Add the butter and sugar to a stand mixer.

Beat on medium high speed until light and fluffy.

Add in the peppermint extract, food coloring and eggs one at a time until fully combined.

Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl.

Add the flour mixture into the stand mixer on low speed until just combined.

Fold in the mint chocolate and chocolate chips with a spatula.

Refrigerate the dough for 20 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Form the dough in rounded tablespoon-sized scoops, and place them onto baking trays.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
